If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box with all manuals and accessories. Ensure knives are safely sheathed or wrapped.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
